Client Relationship Manager

Shelby is a Client Relationship Manager at LPL, where she supports advisors by managing essential daily operations and client service needs. Her responsibilities include responding to client inquiries, facilitating account openings and transfers, and overseeing a broad range of service-related requests. Shelby is committed to delivering a seamless, high-quality experience for every client, every time.

With more than 20 years of industry experience, Shelby also brings knowledge in advisor transitions between broker-dealers, including the coordination of complex moves involving advisors and their clients. She works closely with both advisors and clients to ensure smooth onboarding, accurate account transfers, and minimal disruption throughout the transition process.

Shelby holds the FPQP® designation, reflecting her strong foundation in advisory services and client-focused support.

Outside the office, Shelby enjoys thrifting, paint nights, and spending time with her family.
She is married with two children, shares her home with three cats, and proudly considers herself a “beginner” houseplant enthusiast.
